Flexibility
Digital control allows flexibility and whilst retaining accuracy. Our controllers use a PID control algorithm and can be configured in many different ways. Each controller can have two outputs with mappings to allow limits or deadband regions. Outputs can be cascaded to drive another controllers setpoint.
Different configurations can be setup to allow immediate changes between process phases. Each sensor, probe and device can have a multipoint calibration curve for greater accuracy.
Data Availability
All process variables can be logged and plotted on a multi-variable graph in real time. Log files are accessible over a standard ethernet network and can be viewed with any web browser or directly imported into Excel
